About the platform

Does this replace our DPIA process?

Our platform automates much of the DPIA process. It automatically detects when a DPIA is required, generates 15-section DPIA documents compliant with GDPR Article 35, and manages the review workflow.

Do teachers need separate logins?

Teachers can log in using email or magic link. No complex password requirements needed.

How do vendors access their questionnaires?

Vendors receive an email invitation and can create a free account to complete questionnaires for their products.

Is this compliant with the EU AI Act and GDPR?

Yes, the platform is designed specifically to help schools meet EU AI Act and GDPR requirements, with full alignment to Articles 6, 9, and 52.

What data do you collect?

We only collect data necessary for the platform to work: account information, tool data, and vendor responses. We don't collect student data.

How secure is the platform?

We use enterprise-grade security: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and we're hosted on secure EU servers.

Can I try the platform first?

Yes! We offer pilot programs for schools in the Netherlands and Belgium. Contact us for more information.

What if a vendor doesn't respond?

The platform sends automatic reminders. You can also see which vendors haven't responded and manually follow up.

Does this work for small schools?

Absolutely! The platform is suitable for both individual schools and large districts with dozens of schools.

How long does implementation take?

Most schools are operational within a day. Full tool inventory and vendor contact typically takes 2-4 weeks.
